Two-year term from Date of Activation. Parts available through the life of the warranty.
Lead Times
4–5 weeks manufacturing, plus 3–4 weeks ocean freight or 7–10 days air freight. Chinese production holidays are factored into every quote. Ask your rep for the current schedule against your ship date.

Deal Registration Policy
When you register a deal with HOLODECK LED, that opportunity is yours. We will not quote, sell, or accept inbound inquiries for a registered project through any other channel — including direct — for six months from the date of registration.
Extension. Registration extends by a further six months on documented activity — a quote issued, or a client meeting logged with us. Long-cycle architectural and facade projects are expected to extend more than once; that is the intended use, not an exception.
Registration requires: end-client name, project location, estimated scope, and expected close date. Submit through your named contact. HOLODECK confirms registration in writing within one business day.
If an end client contacts HOLODECK directly about a project already registered to you, we will redirect them to you and notify you of the contact.
