We sell through you. Never around you.
If you bring us a project, it stays yours. Register the deal and we protect it for six months, and we extend that while the project is moving. The policy is written down on our partner page, not promised on a call.
We don't bid against our integrators, and we don't take your client's call and quote them direct. When the meeting needs it, we show up under your logo.
Someone answers when the wall goes dark
Your client calls you, not us. So you need a manufacturer who picks up for you.
We are based in Los Angeles, with an experience and service center there. You get a named contact and a direct line, not a ticket queue.
Every wall carries a two-year warranty, extendable to five. On top of that, pick the service plan that fits the room:
- Silver is included: email and remote-desktop support.
- Gold adds weekday phone support and advance replacement. We ship the part before the failed one comes back.
- Platinum adds 24/7 phone support, for custom builds.
- Parts life cycle cover runs up to 10 years.

Your engineer can spec it
Design engineers kill more LED deals than anyone. If they can't get the drawings, they spec someone else.
Tell us the configuration and ask for what the bid team needs: drawings, structural and power data, and specification text. A person on our team works it with your engineer.

We handle freight from the factory port in Shenzhen to your U.S. port city. Your PM doesn't manage international shipping, customs or consolidation. That is one less thing on their list.

"What's your lead time?"
It depends on the configuration, so it is on your quote, confirmed for your project.
